Have you been thinking of buying a home but not sure were to start? At this event, the goal is to provide you the information you need to get you started on your home search. Ask all the questions in our one stop shop. On January 28, 2023 Fernando and I will be hosting our First – FREE – Buyer seminar from 12p to 2p. This is an in person event located in East El Paso.

If you have ever had questions such as; I don’t know what I need to get started? What do the rates look like? Can I buy a home if I don’t know my credit score or have no credit? Our partners at Streamline Home Loans and Texas Consumer Credit will be available to answer those questions and more. They have all the updated information you NEED to know when it comes to buying a home and ultimately help your credit. Sometimes buyers think that they need PERFECT credit. At times they think they won’t qualify because they don’t have great credit, and many times this is not the case. You don’t know how many times I have worked with clients who did not expect to get a Pre Approval and eventually end up in their home.
